2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, they will be closed upon detection and all bonuses held in those accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account if false information is provided.

  • Valid email address.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, but the balance will never be taken into negative.

3.3 Third-Party Account Use

Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, both accounts will be closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into jackpotbd. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

  • Deposited funds must come from your own registered mobile banking account.
  • Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
  • After a successful deposit, the balance will be updated automatically.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • Withdrawals must go to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is underway.
Please Note: Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

jackpotbd reserves the right to reject deposit or withdrawal requests in the following cases:

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Possibility of money laundering.
  • Account information has not been verified.
  • Evidence of a breach of terms and conditions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Example: ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, a wager equal to 20 times the total bonus amount must be placed (wagering requirement: 20x).

Warning: If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • jackpotbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • If abuse of a promotion is found, the bonus will be withdrawn from the account concerned.

5.4 VIP Program

The jackpotbd VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your active participation and activity. jackpotbd reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

jackpotbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games used on our platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Specific betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jackpotbd will make every effort to restore the state prior to the error. However, jackpotbd will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a technical error.

Note: If the internet connection is lost or the browser is closed, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined according to the server's records.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result has been determined, it is final. No result will be changed unless there is a clear technical error. If there is a dispute regarding a result, our support team must be notified within 72 hours.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jackpotbd platform:

  • Cheating, manipulation, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to operate games.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
  • Misconduct or harassment toward other users.
  • Registering using false information or forged documents.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all winnings may be forfeited. Legal action will also be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content published on the jackpotbd website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jackpotbd or its licensors.

  • Republishing, modifying, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from jackpotbd is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Possibility of money laundering.
  • False information regarding age or identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any verifiable balance can be withdrawn before closure, however bonus balance will be forfeited.
